Redundancy
The
law sets out
the minimum compensation that employees are entitled to when they are
made redundant. There
are also important procedures that have to be gone through before someone can be
made redundant. An example of this
is that the person has to have been correctly selected.
If he or she has not been
then the employee may have been unfairly dismissed.
We can advise on either how to bring a claim or to protect your business
from having one made against you.
