Robert went to Manchester Grammar School and is a graduate of Lancaster University, after which he studied at Chester Law College.   He was admitted as a solicitor in 1987.  After serving his articles in Manchester, he worked in the West End for several years, where he did large scale commercial litigation and personal injury work.  He joined Wilkins in 1990, where he initially did general family and civil litigation.  In the last few years, Robert has concentrated on civil litigation.  He has been a member of the Law Society's Personal Injury Panel since its inception in 1994, and is a senior litigator with the  Association of Personal Injury Lawyers.  He is fully committed to the rights of accident victims, and has some considerable knowledge of the law in this field.  He can offer you comprehensive advice as regards your options available should you suffer an accident, and as to the best way to consider funding this, including the working of the conditional fees scheme.  Robert also has many years experience in other areas of civil litigation including but not limited to contractual, partnership and general commercial disputes, commercial and residential landlord and tenant problems building and neighbour disputes.  He is a fluent French speaker.
